Arcade Fire - WE

Arcade Fire returns with their much anticipated new album 'WE'. The 40-minute album consists of seven tracks divided into two halves: Side A is dubbed “I” and channels “the fear and loneliness of isolation”. Side B (“WE”) expresses “the joy and power of reconnection”. The concept album was produced by Nigel Godrich, Win Butler and Régine Chassagne. It was recorded in multiple locations, including New Orleans, El Paso and Mount Desert Island. Highlights include "Lightning I, II" and "Unconditional I (Lookout Kid)".

Win Butler explains, it’s “the longest we’ve ever spent writing, uninterrupted, probably ever” and is “as much about the forces that threaten to pull us away from the people we love, as it is inspired by the urgent need to overcome them."

Heavyweight vinyl produced by Sony Music in 2022.
