Chalino Sanchez - Nieves De Enero (2024 Remaster)

In memory of the late artist’s birthday on 30 August, Nieves de Enero by the Godfather of the Corrido, Chalino Sánchez, is set for reissue. Featuring (AAA) lacquers cut from the original master tapes. Nieves de Enero was first released in 1992 on Discos Musart. This classic recording features norteño love ballads “Nieves de Enero” and “Florita del alma,” as well as some of Chalino’s best narcocorridos, including “El Crimen de Culiacán” and “Hermanos Mata.”

The album previously reached the Top 20 on the Billboard Regional Mexican Albums chart, while the song “Alma Enamorada” peaked at number 25 on the Billboard Digital Song Sales chart. The recording featured accompaniment by the band Los Amables del Norte.

This vinyl edition was produced by Craft Recordings in 2024.
