Celebrate the first comprehensive hits collection from Garbage, spanning their first seven studio albums and non-album tracks, from their 1995 smash debut to 2022's political and punky No Gods No Masters.

The band first began to take shape when famed producer Butch Vig (Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins) collaborated with future bandmates Duke Erikson and Steve Marker on a series of remixes in the early 90s that added electronic elements to acts more typically associated with "rock;" when the three decided it would be interesting to take this approach in the context of a group and convinced powerful Scottish singer Shirley Manson to front, one of the all-time great woman-fronted rock outfits was born.

Never quite critically respected in traditional rock circles, and oft-treated, initially, like a vanity producer project with a chick singer, Garbage were always a new wave queer pop punk band at heart, and the band's unique pairing of electronica and rock combined with Manson's vocal and lyrical chops have produced a body of work that, while their imitators have come and long gone, stands the test of time - and continues to adapt and grow while always remaining quintessentially, absolutely, Garbage.

Alongside all their classic hits, presented in chronological order, highlights include soundtrack contributions "#1 Crush" and "The World Is Not Enough", non-album single "No Horses", and the exclusive previously unreleased track "Witness To Your Love."

Limited Edition TRANSPARENT YELLOW double vinyl produced by BMG in 2022. UK Import.
