Georgia Anne Muldrow - Seeds (10th Anniversary)

Georgia Anne Muldrow released Seeds in 2012. It was a collaboration with Madlib who was the album's beatmaker. Inspired by retro funk and R&B, the tracks are groovy, and lyrically both personal and worldly. Such as on the track, "Best Love," which sounds just like a simple, sweet, straight-ahead love song until she starts asking her other half for money to build water wells on three continents. The album includes "Kali Yuga", "Seeds" and "Calabash".
