Jeff Buckley - Grace

Jeff Buckley's masterful 1994 debut album Grace, is an ambitious song cycle with expansive melodies, richly textured arrangements and vividly intimate lyrics. It features the iconic Leonard Cohen cover "Hallelujah'" along with Jeff's original songs "Last Goodbye" and "So Real".

Resembling at times a soft-sung Robert Plant, Buckley was an intuitive vocalist capable of dizzying arabesques and choir-boy sweetness. Completely unorthodox, this was the most important debut album of 1994.
