Keith Hudson - Rasta Communication

Keith "Dark Prince of Reggae" Hudson's 1978 album Rasta Communication finds the innovative musician and producer adding his own vocals on top of the moody dub vibes found on his prior outing, Brand. With a group of Jamaica’s finest sessions musicians at his disposal, Hudson creates backing tracks featuring layers of atmospheric guitars, nyabinghi drumming and synths with a level of sophisticiation far beyond the typical reggae productions of the time.

Heavyweight vinyl produced by Greensleeves Records in 2014.
