Changes by Neal Francis was released in September of 2019 with the help of bassist Mike Starr (The Heard) and drummer PJ Howard (The Revivalists, The Heard) . It features the singles “These Are The Days” and “Changes, Pt. 1”. The album was produced by Sergio Rios (Orgone, Cee Lo Green, Alicia Keys).
