R.E.M.'s 1994 album Monster celebrated it's 25th Anniversary with this double vinyl set featuring the original album remastered from the analog tapes as well as a new remix of the album done by Scott Litt who was the album's original producer. The band took a very different direction this album , swapping out the familiar sounds of the mandolin with the loudness of the electric guitar. The album spawned 3 hits singles "What's The Frequency Kenneth?", "Bang and Blame" and "Crush With Eyeliner".
Heavyweight double vinyl produced by Concord Music Group in 2018. Gatefold sleeve. Alternative artwork with new liner notes that include interviews with members of the band.
