4. Products or Services

All purchases through our website are subject to product availability. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities offered on our website or limit the sales of our products or services to any person, household, geographic region or jurisdiction.

Any item listed as 'Exclusive' is generally restricted to one unit per customer, and we may choose to enforce further limitations beyond that. If customers choose to make multiple orders on such restricted items, any additional shipping fees collected will not be refunded, even if orders are combined to one shipping package.

Prices for our products are subject to change, without notice. Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on our website are quoted in CANADIAN dollars. Prices at our retail store are often lower than they appear online due to payment processing fees.

Price adjustments on items are not permitted, regardless of when the prior purchase was made. This includes the use of promotion codes. This goes against the spirit and intent of such limited time offers. If we determine that a price adjustment is being attempted on a previous purchase of the same item either in-store or online, the order will be cancelled.

All US and International orders are deemed final sale due to limitations. Our shipping and returns policy should be reviewed prior to placing an order.

In-store pick up orders that are remain unclaimed 3 months after the pick notice has been sent are deemed abandoned and non-refundable.

Orders that are placed 'on hold' include titles that are 'in transit' and will ship out upon arrival.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse orders, including without limitation, orders that appear to be placed by distributors or resellers. If we believe that you have made a false or fraudulent order, we are entitled to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of the colour or design of the products on our website. Efforts are made to ensure to show details as accurately as possible on our product pages based on what resources are available. Stock images are common practice in our industry.

Vinyl variant colours often revert to standard black vinyl without notice after subsequent time has passed from the original release date. We are not privy to when this happens but make efforts to edit descriptions based on fan feedback. Downloadable content (download card) is not guaranteed when stated due to periodic changes made by the manufacturer.

We do not review, endorse, approve or control, and are not responsible for any sites linked from or to our website, the content of those sites, the third parties named therein, or their products and services.
