Siouxsie & The Banshees - The Scream (Half-Speed Master)

Siouxsie And The Banshees released their landmark debut in 1978. Its innovative combination of angular guitar, bass-led rhythm, and machine-like drums (played mostly on toms), made 'The Scream' a pioneering work of the post-punk genre. The album has been cited as influencing everyone from David Bowie to Everything But The Girl, to PJ Harvey.  Featuring "Overground", "Helter Skelter" and "Metal Postcard".
