Tame Impala - The Slow Rush

On his fourth album The Slow Rush, Tame Impala (Kevin Parker) takes a breath and eases into a smoother psychedelic sound. It features the singles "Borderline", "It Might Be Time", "Posthumous Forgiveness", "Lost in Yesterday" and "Breathe Deeper". Even without the adrenaline-filled highs, the compositions are as rich and thoughtful as ever.

The Slow Rush was recorded between Los Angeles and his studio in his hometown of Fremantle, Australia, the twelve tracks were produced and mixed by Parker. The album cover was created in collaboration with photographer Neil Krug and features a symbol of humanity all but swallowed whole by the surrounding environment, as though in the blink of an eye.
