The Clash returned in 1978 with their sophomore album, Give 'Em Enough Rope. Well received by critics and fans., highlights include the singles "Tommy Gun" and "English Civil War". Voted 'Album of the Year' by Sounds (UK), Rolling Stone (US) and Time Magazine (US) the record explores themes of Third World conflict, European terrorism and London inner-city desolation.
This was the band's first album to feature drummer Topper Headonm it was also produced by Blue Oyster Cult's mentor Sandy Pearlman.
Heavyweight vinyl produced by Columbia Records in 2017.
