Smiths - The World Won't Listen (Best Of The Smiths) [2012 Remaster]

This 1987 UK compilation album The World Won’t Listen was one of the last few releases while The Smiths were still together. The album complies singles and B-sides, providing good insight into the band’s singles history, while highlighting classic B-sides like “Asleep“.

Despite the compilation being a very necessary follow-up to Hatful of Hollow, the record was overshadowed by the release of the more commercial US compilation Louder than Bombs, which was eventually issued in the UK as well.

Heavyweight double vinyl produced by Warner Music UK in 2012.
